Complete your Ramadan with

Zakatul Fitr

Zakatul Fitr is more than charity, it is a duty. As Ramadan ends, this obligatory giving ensures that every fasting Muslim completes their worship with purity and that no family goes hungry on Eid. At Amel Foundation, your Zakatul Fitr directly reaches vulnerable families in Sudan, allowing them to celebrate Eid with dignity.

What Is Zakatul Fitr?

Zakatul Fitr is a form of almsgiving required from every Muslim at the end of Ramadan. It purifies the fast from shortcomings and provides food for the poor. The Prophet ﷺ said:

“The fast remains suspended between Heaven and Earth until Zakatul Fitr is paid.”
(Reported by Ibn Abbas)
